i have seen videos on youtube with people that have flip utra hd water proof cases and that have the flip logo on it. i checked the flip website and looked in the accessories section but it wasnt there. where can i buy one online from a trustworthy site?

Okay so i went on the website and i want to order a pair of flip flops, but the sizes aren’t numbered. they’re like small, medium, and large. i wear size 7 shoes, so which one am i supposed to get? medium?
like:
small= sizes something-something
medium= sizes something-something
large= sizes something-something

I have found a bunch of flash website templates that use the flash flip page but i’m looking for something more specific.
I’m trying to find a story book template, not just a flat magazine style page. I like the old looking pages and the hard cover look of the one in this website:

With the popularity of flipping houses, it’s natural that there would be a virtual version of this. It is called flipping websites. In this case the easiest form of this is to create a five page website with unique content and then resell it.


Writing five pages of articles is not as daunting as it sounds. Each page can be between two hundred fifty to five hundred words in length. You can for instance create a website around the topic of Vacationing in Miami. One page can talk about restaurants in the Miami area and compare a few. The second page can discuss fun day trips including the zoo, lion safari, swimming with dolphins and where to rent a boat. The third page can be an article about places to shop in Miami and where to find discounts. The fourth page could explore various hotels in the area and rate them. Finally the fifth page can be fun page talking about celebrities with a home in Miami.


If you know nothing about web design, you might feel intimidated about the prospect of how to convert this information into a website. Fortunately today there are easy applications that are push button and you do not have to know html or coding to do this. They even come with pretty pictures to put at the top of each page you can add just by clicking and pointing. The previous impediment to create websites by having to know coding, programming and related skills is now overcome.


What do you do after you have your website finished? You have the choice of marketing it as-is to a new owner. The advantage of this is you can get cash right away. However if you are more interested in quick cash rather than waiting for the site to grow in price, you can sell it as soon as it’s created as many people enjoy the marketing part and have skills to develop back links to the new site .


You can sell it on buy sell sections of forums, auction websites or ask a newsletter owner to mention it in his newsletter and you’ll split the amount. After writing a little bit you may be able to make one to two sites a day which can be a very nice flip cash business. The beauty of this is there is no customer support and you just create and resell sites.


By writing original articles or buying private label rights articles (plr) that you modify, you can create a site that will have value and a future owner will appreciate as a time saver. There are many places to find pre-written articles sold to a small amount of people that can then be re-written easily and be your uniquely. You can also experiment and keep a site or two you make to see how it does in terms of revenue after you add links to affiliate products you can earn a commission on.

This article is mainly focused on flipping and wholesaling houses with no cash or credit. Now you may think that it is impossible, but have you ever wondered how why most of the richest people alive have invested in real estate at some point in their lives. There is a lot of money to be made with real estate investing but all it requires is a little know how and effort.

Wholesaling and Flipping Houses is no different. The idea of flipping and wholesaling houses has been around for quite some time; however not many people know it exist. There are many websites that claim to help you by giving you the competitive edge that you need to be successful in this field; however most of them are a load of “fluff”. This is not the case however with “The Flip Man”.

 The Flip Man has been in the field of flipping and wholesaling houses with no cash or credit since January of 2003. The Flip Man has successfully done almost 200 transactions in relation to flipping and wholesaling houses. Now you may ask how it works. Well it is quite simple really. The first thing that you have to keep in mind is that the amount of profit you will be expecting in terms wholesaling and flipping houses will vary depending on the market that you live in. Some markets are known to offer cheaper houses in comparison to others. The only real difference that this will make is that the more expensive the house, the more profit you can expect without using your cash or credit to close these deals.

It starts with you marketing to attract motivated sellers who own houses of any type that are in decent condition, but may need repairs before moving into. Now you will market that deal to find a buyer that is willing to buy the property for $65,000.  It will be rare that an investor will pay what you are asking but for the sake of this example an investor offers you $59,000 and you accept.  You would then meet the investor to sign another contract with you as the seller and the real estate investor as the buyer.  You will always secure your contract with your buyer/investor with at least $500 in earnest money.

Once you have a contract with your seller and buyer/investor, you will now set up the closing with a title company or attorney and this is where the seller, your buyer/investor and you would meet to close the deal.

Eureka, the seller gets paid, buyer/investor gets the property and you walk away with a FAT CHECK all done without using your own cash or credit.

Step 2 – Setup Wordpress & Design

Wordpress blogs tend to sell for more because they’re easy to edit. The end buyer doesn’t need to know HTML or have a website editing program to edit the website. Find a good Wordpress theme and make sure the design looks great.

Step 3 – 20 Original articles

The next step is to write 20 original articles and put them on your website. The articles don’t have to be long – Just 300 to 500 words. Don’t take too much time writing these articles. You should be able to write 3-5 articles in an hour. Do your research on your topic and spend a dedicated period of time just writing.

Step 4 – Get Listed in Google

This step can be a little tricky. Websites that are listed in Google tend to sell for a lot more money. One great way to make sure you get listed is to just post a link to your site on several frequently crawled sites. Technorati and Craigslist are two such sites. If you tag & ping Technorati and make a post in the Services section of Craigslist back to your site, you’re nearly guaranteed to get listed in a few days.

Step 5 – Sell Your Site

Once you have a good domain, a great looking site, 20 original articles and your site is listed in Google, then you’re ready to sell your site. Head over to Sitepoint and list your website for sale under the “Startup Websites for Sale” section. Wham! You’ve just made $100 – $500 in just a few hours of work.
